The Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Property Stylist to join our team on a freelance basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong spatial awareness, an eye for composition, and the ability to execute styling concepts efficiently under deadlines.

You will be responsible for styling properties from concept through to final installation, ensuring every home is presented to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting site visits and preparing styling proposals

  • Styling vacant and partially furnished properties

  • Selecting and coordinating furniture and décor from warehouse inventory

  • Leading and overseeing installation days

  • Creating cohesive, buyer-focused styling concepts

  • Collaborating with assistants and logistics team

  • Maintaining exceptional presentation standards

  • Contribute to styling content creation

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in interior design, styling, or related field

  • Strong understanding of current design trends

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work confidently under time constraints

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle required

The Role

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Property Styling Assistant to join our freelance team. This is a physical, hands-on role supporting our stylists with installations, pack-downs, warehouse organisation, and on-site preparation.

If you enjoy practical work, being part of a collaborative team, and seeing immediate results from your efforts — this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with furniture deliveries, installations and pack-downs

  • Loading and unloading trucks/van

  • Preparing, wrapping and handling furniture and décor with care

  • Supporting stylists on-site during installs

  • Maintaining warehouse organisation and cleanliness

What We’re Looking For

  • Physically fit and capable of lifting furniture

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Punctual and reliable

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment

  • Attention to detail

  • Driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle preferred

  • A can-do attitude and a great sense of humour — we work hard, but we also like to have a good laugh along the way
