This agreement is made between The Dutch Stylist (“Stylist”) and [Agent Name/Company] (“Agent”) regarding styling proposals presented by the Stylist.

1. Commission:
The Agent will receive 10% of the total price of each accepted styling proposal. This commission applies only to new proposals and does not include any rental extensions.

2. Proposal Incentive:
As part of this agreement, the Stylist is happy to include a 10% incentive on top of styling proposals, with the goal of establishing an exclusive partnership.

3. Second Proposals & Pricing Feedback:
If the client requests a second proposal, the Agent is encouraged to provide input regarding pricing competitiveness. The Stylist may adjust pricing where appropriate, and the Agent will be kept informed of any flexibility or changes.

4. Payment:
Payments of commission will be processed after installation. The Agent is requested to provide their preferred bank details to facilitate payment.

5. Term:
This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party in writing.

6. General:
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Stylist and the Agent regarding the subject matter herein. Any amendments must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
