We have a $3,000 minimum spend.

The hire term is 4 + 2 weeks free. Weekly extension at additional cost.

After your approval we will hand-pick the furniture, accessories, soft furnishing and art to best suit your property & buyer demographic. We source from a vast array of suppliers & continually update to reflect current trends.

We ask for at least one week’s notice to schedule your installation date.

Our friendly team will deliver a carefully curated selection of furniture and décor on the installation date agreed with you or your agent. Each piece is thoughtfully arranged by our stylist to achieve a cohesive, polished finish. Depending on the size and scope of your property, installation typically takes 3 to 8 hours. All items are hired for a minimum of six weeks, with extensions available if needed.

Following the successful sale of your property, we’ll liaise with you or your agent to arrange the retrieval of all styling items.
