With the full design service we will help you through the whole process, from brainstorming, creating a concept to placing the furniture in place, beating the last cushions and handing over a beautiful home.
This end-to-end service covers just about everything to create a fully completed, beautiful home. We will work step by step to finalise the design – one that is a true reflection of you and how you want to live – executed with impeccable service and expertise.
Once we’ve got your brief, you will receive a personalised design package including:
• Mood board and inspiration images via your personalised and private Pinterest Board
• Customised shopping list
• Sample board
• Floor plan
• Styling tips (e.g. suggestions on art placement, how to style your bed etc.)
• Photography (if required)
• Trade discount (where applicable) when purchasing with THE DUTCH STYLIST

60min Design Direction Consult
This would be ideal for those who have a rough idea what they want their house to look, feel and function like, but just need a hand with putting it together.
In this hour you can ask all your questions and we will give you our honest outlook on how to establish your goals.
We can help you with selecting or pointing out where to go for wall-, window-, upholstery-, (internal/external) paint colour finishes, furniture, (decorative) lighting, accessories, or how to style your home.
We will provide you with clear, honest advice and new ideas for one or two spaces in your house. Give us an initial call or send us an email so we can get in touch with you.
During our initial contact we will ask you what you are after so when we meet up, we can make full use of the 60 minute Design Direction Consult. This is also a great way for you to find out if this service is suited for you.
If you rather wish to have a virtual meeting we can provide a Zoom/Facetime consult. We ask you to come prepared with questions and ideas to make the most out of our time together.

Selection of finishes & fittings
An initial meeting would take place to go over the architects plans, discuss the overall look and feel you like to establish in your home. We will discuss budget and you will provide some inspirational imagery before meeting up.
Following our initial meeting, we will provide moodboards and gather inspirational photographs for each area. This may include some joinery detail drawings.
Once a clear style direction has been identified, we will then select all internal and external colours, materials and finishes, as well as any fixtures and fittings such as tapware, lighting and door hardware. Once all materials have been selected, a Schedule of Finishes document will be created. This schedule is broken down into rooms and is a fantastic point of reference for your trades people.
Together we'll review the schedule of finishes document in detail, along with samples of finishes that have been selected as well as any design concepts completed. This is where we'll receive your tick of approval or make changes if required.
