That's why we've introduced new Extended Hire Options, giving our clients greater flexibility to keep their property beautifully styled throughout the entire sales campaign.

INITIAL HIRE OPTIONS

6 WEEKS

PAY FOR 4 WEEKS

+ 2 WEEKS COMPLIMENTARY

If your property hasn't sold by the end of your initial hire period,
you can continue the hire with one of our flexible extension options.

All extension requests are subject to furniture availability and confirmation by The Dutch Stylist.

- from photography and online advertising through to inspections and open homes.

Our extended hire options make it easier to maintain the look and feel of your property without the need to restyle.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. A decision to extend or conclude the hire must be provided to The Dutch Stylist no later than 5 days prior to the expiry of the current hire period.

  2. Once the extension has been confirmed by The Dutch Stylist, an invoice will be issued. Payment must be made in full upon receipt of the invoice and prior to the commencement of the extension period.

  3. Extension requests are subject to furniture availability and approval by The Dutch Stylist. An extension is only confirmed once approved in writing by The Dutch Stylist.

  4. If a decision is not received at least 5 days prior to the expiry of the current hire period, The Dutch Stylist may proceed with collection arrangements. Furniture remaining at the property after the hire period does not constitute an automatic extension.

  5. Complimentary weeks are promotional only and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for a refund, credit or discount on other services.

6. If the property sells or early collection is requested before the end of the
selected hire period, no refund or credit will be provided for any unused paid or
complimentary weeks.

7. Extended hire offers cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or
negotiated rates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. The applicable extension rate will be based on the extension option selected at
the time of confirmation.

9. Once an extension has been confirmed, any request to amend or shorten the
selected extension period is subject to approval by The Dutch Stylist and may
not result in a refund or credit.
